We want you to be happy with your wine. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let David know on (02) 9386 4466 or firstname.lastname@example.org and he will organise a refund and/or return for you. We offer returns up to 30 days after purchase.
If a return is required we can do this in 2 ways:
Once your order has been returned to us, we will issue your refund straight away. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides additional benefits in addition to those rights.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If ever you receive your order with bottles broken in transit, please let us know immediately. We will refund the value of damaged bottle/s and will request a review by our courier to avoid further problems.
No refunds for damaged goods are offered for products that are damaged after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we think the policy is being taken advantage of unfairly.
