This is also a dry style with the fruit coming from two vineyards in another mecca of Australian Riesling, the Eden Valley. Eden generally produces lighter, more delicate and floral Rieslings than the Clare.
"Has all the elegance and than some of Eden Valley at its best, in particular its lime/lemon bonded fruit flavours. It's a wine that has had particular attention to detail in both vineyard and winery, and represents excellent value for money, thus nudging Rieslingfreak's No. 10 Riesling out of place." 96 points. Trophy - Best 2018 Riesling at the Barossa Wine Show. 97 points.
“The wine is pale straw in colour, and has aromas of vibrant lemon and limes, sweet spice and almond blossom. The palate is full of lemons, grapefruit and apples. The wine drinks well now, but will reward with long term cellaring.” John Hughes
