"The wine is made in an ‘Off Dry’ style, containing 14g/L sugar. Bright, fresh, aromatic. Aromas of mandarin, ripe limes, and fresh lemon. The wine shows flavours of lemon curd, grapefruit and melon. A tight acid line, which is balanced nicely by natural sweetness." Winemaker's notes.

"Bright, fresh and crisp, everthing one should enjoy with this of-dry Clare Riesling. As enjoyable tonight as it will be in years to come. John Hughes continue to polish his skills. While each of the three dry RieslingFreak wines in this line up has its own character, they are difficult to split on points. 10.5% screwcap" 95 points. James Halliday.
